Stratcol - Give this company your money, not mine

I was informed by my bank (FNB) that my account is in excess and I went to the bank to check. I was informed that a company called Teletop, which uses the services of Stratcol is debiting from my account R99 for 5 or 6 times a day. I called Stratcol, I was informed that the company is Topads and they also gave me 3 phone numbers. The numbers do not work, the one that worked had a rude Indian man who said I have been given a wrong number. Why must I be phoning myself in the first place for a mess that had been done by Stratcol? I am now stuck and Stratcol has rendered the service. I strongly feel it is their duty to look for this company, not mine. As I phone I got the feeling that I will not get help as their staff is also not friendly, even when I phoned again to inform them that I am taking further steps, Itumeleng just said "OK" with a tone that tells you she does not care. I am seriously disappointed that there could be a company in this day and age that is dishing out our hard earned money in this fashion. Aftre having spoken to them I am so angry as they all had an attitude, from Constance to Noma to Itumeleng.
