My Student number is 4116-107-6 and on 14 November 2013 wrote my second of two examinations (last two to complete my Degree which I have been working for tirelessly) - AUE202M at the Randburg examination venue. To my surprise and disappointment when the examination results were finalised my exam status read Absent From Examination. I enquired about this at the examination call centre and was informed that they will need to search for my attendance slip, this was last week Monday. I called again last Thursday and was advised that they are still searching and that I should call again today (23122013). Today there is no answer and I have no idea what to do. I had good marks for my assignments and was very sure of a pass. I am employed full time and took 4 days leave to ensure that I got the necessary studying done but now need to suffer due to carelessness on part of the university. PIease would someone at UNISA outline the procedure that they are following and assure me that that this matter will be finalised soon as if they really cared about their students all it takes for them is to go through the exam scripts and I am sure they will find mine.
