I am a proud Unisa graduate and have always received excellent service during my years of study. However I keep receiving an sms telling me to settle my account or face debt collectors and additional costs. This is so annoying, please update your systems as I am not owing you! I have sent emails and your accounts department has confirmed that it is being sent in error.
Another thing is please train your staff at the Johannesburg Regional center, they are very rude and unprofessional. I always have to go to the Florida Regional Center in order to receive professional service. The staff there is very friendly, professional and know what they are doing. Do something about your Johannesburg Branch!
