In the second semester I added three subjects to my registration at the law faculty. This document was lost and it was implied that I never made this application. After numerous emails and confrontations I was told to approach lecturers for pointless letters stating that I attend classes. As I pay for my own studies it is impossible to attend all my classes. The subject which I had time to attend I received a letter for which I submitted. I subsequently was refused registration to all these subjects and could not access my online notes and schedules meaning I missed deadlines. The subject I did get a letter for is also still not registered and my mark isn't on my academic record. Thandi has consistently blamed me for the issue and been anything but helpful. I have been treated like a child and not a client. I will now not graduate as these subjects are the only ones outstanding for my degree. I am disgusted with wits admin as the institutions academic tuition has been of such a high standard.
