POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Hi there

Please note I would like to register for 2 subjects this year 2013 as I have to complete my 2nd/3rd year Bcom Risk Management.

1. I would like assistance to choose the balance of the subjects (MOST APPROPRIATE TO MY DEGREE) to complete my degree
2. This semester I can only manage 2 subjects
3. This registration is urgent as my Bursary office closes on the 25.01.2012

To Date no response on the above UNBELIEVABLE

The call centre directs you to email/sms but nothing seems to be working. We all do not have time to go directly to Pretoria to speak and receive advise therefore the call centre was a good alternative but that does not exist anymore and i need to see/speak to a career councillor and receive something for all the subjects completed to date then can i re-register.
