My Refund that was debited when my loan is paid up

Very irritated by service offered by Eduloan. They debited my account October and November which I finished paying my loan, fair enough they didn't get the money in October as I moved the money but November they debited. I now urgently want my refund by midnight with extra charges my bank charged me for a bounced debit in October.
