Statement of completion/confirmation of degree

I need a statement of completion/confirmation of degree so I can apply for vacancies and further my studies.

I wrote a special examination in October 2012. UNISA website says that auditing of results takes two weeks but it is Mid March still no sign of mine.

There is a number on UNISA website to call if still no communication after the 31st of January. Iphoned that number in February and I was given a graduations department's number to phone. I phoned graduations and spoke to different people there who all gave me different numbers. I have tried all numbers given to me but either number is not answered or it does not work.

My employer had paid for my degree and needs to see that the degree is complete before I can register again this year. This is now becoming a huge inconvenience for me. Can someone help me obtain this document so I can continue studying.
