Confirmation of Completion of Degree

I would like to speak to someone competent about when I shall receive my Completion of Degree Notification. This is holding up my applications for further studies and deadlines are fast approaching or have long since passed.

So far the people manning the telephones have been most unhelpful and supply only the stock answers of "Call back next week" and "Send an email and we will get back to you". One even went so far as to say my credits have expired. Well, I have emailed and and I am still waiting for a response. The call operatives cannot even tell me if my emails have been received and logged. And this is after multiple attempts of trying to get through with calls timing out, or being the phone being picked up and then cut off. Being an international student, these missed and unhelpful calls are now getting expensive.

Also, the website says notifications will be available from the end of January. It is now 18 days from the end of January, and counting.

I await a decent response, from someone who can discuss this with me in detail.
