Last year June 2012 I registered for a BSc in computing. I registered on time and paid my deposit on time. After a few weeks with no response from Unisa I emailed their support who thought I was trying to register late. I finally got it through to them 3 emails later that I had already registered upon which they replied "... we could not process your registration in time" I got a refund and tried AGAIN this year Jan 2013 I registered in time and paid my deposit in time and now after emailing their support they tell me "you do not qualify for admission to the BSC: Computing degree" I do not understand considering I already have a matric exemption, 2 degrees and 3 years experience working in the industry. So far no one has responded to my emails and I want an answer. I want a valid reason as to why they obviously do not want me to study there. I feel that I am being discriminated against for some reason and want a REASONABLE ANSWER! I AM TIRED OF BEING MESSED AROUND BY THEIR INCOMPETENCE!
