Java online fnb does not work

For the last 3 weeks, fnb online business banking updated java 40.7 This does not work for or with my system.i have reported this, i can load a payment, but can not authorise it as usual, need to log out, delete java settings, restart login, do only the authorisation, log out, delete java, login and load only a payment, logout and so it carries on .phone online banking, jessey lee is rude to me with a tone of voice, ismail mohammed wil help me but nothing works, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, i ask??? Fnb has only 2 teamleaders to assist but never availible, and so i have lost my cool and wish i can switch to another bank. i dont need your money or favours, stuff you fnb, and stuff you jessey lee, go learn how to speak to clients, and treat us like costumers
