I am sick and tired of Unis always adding additional fees to a student's account. I applied for an Aegrotat Exam during May/June 2013 for an exam to be written during Nov/Dec, of which according to the registration booklet, I only have to pay R180-00 for exam admission. Now all of a sudden they have charged me another /- R700 to "RE-INSTATE" the subject, I mean really??? What the is that all about, I never cancelled the subject, and I know for a fact that this was my second opportunity for my initial registration. Another problem is that they put a random amount of R780 on my statement, and when I question it, to know what it consists off, they do not answer me. Instead I've been "kicked" of the site, as well as the e-mail site?? How am I even supposed to be able to pay these amount, if I cannot see what's going on, on my "MyUnisa site". This University is really definitly not the best or cheapest University when doing correspondence studies. I regret this so much, but what can one do, I have to finish my degree!! :-(
