Jannie Viljoen from NNA Publishers had responded to my complaint. After quite a bit of quarrelling, he did promise to refund me on the books I have ordered. He promised to refund me on the 15th of November, which did not happen. I had to use other consumer forums to help me. He then promised payment on the 22nd of November, which also did not happen. Only after I informed him that I was about to file a case of against him, he paid in the full amount on the 23rd. Dealing with NNA Publishers was unfortunately a bad experience to me.
