NO HELP - SUDDEN CHANGE OF SUBJECTS

I started studying through Unisa in 2004 and obtained my BA (Communication Science) degeree in 2010. I then decided that I wanted to further my studies and registered for my Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Intermediate and Senior phase). 2012 was my final year and through the year I e-mailed Unisa on several occasions to make sure that I would complete this in 2012 and that no further subjects were needed (I even added more subjects on my registration and they said I could not do these as I have to many credits) on which they replied that if I pass all my subjects I will receive my diploma. Two days after my last subject I was shocked to receive an e-mail stating that I now needed 2 more subjects before I would receive my Diploma. I phoned Middelburg branch where I was told, you just have to. Nobody could explain why, but they said someone will phone me to explain (3 months later I am still waiting). I e-mailed Mrs. Nortje asking why this sudden change after they said I will be finished - no reply. Needless to say when I registered and paid they approved it fast and accepted my payment. I still have no answers.
