NO FEEDBACK OR SERVICE FROM UNISA

Ever since UNISA made the decision to close there call centre and replace it with an sms query service or alternatively an email query service it has made dealing with UNISA absolutely impossible. I have sent through an enquiry regarding my student account balance via sms & email 2 weeks ago, and no one has responded as yet. On the website there is a list of contact no. to call but they all just ring and no one answers the phone. This means i have to waste my petrol and my time to drive to a UNISA campus just to get a straight forward answer from them that could have been given to me over the phone. This is ridiculous and such an inconvenience.
