SECOND COMPLAINT FOR SAME PROBLEM

It has been almost a week since my first complaint and according to your 'Unisa Hellopeter Administrator' there would have been 'the necessary feedback'. Nothing.

I, like other students tried relentlessly to register before the deadline and yet 'system error' was all it ended up in. So according to your Ekhuruleni Regional Office representative in Daveyton today, 'there was a system crash, and they are looking to have it fixed by Monday.' I took a day's leave to go to this office and hear this sentence only to leave there after 5 minutes without any answers. The most unhelpful, rude people at this office!

After a hellopeter complaint, emails, visit to your offices NOBODY can help me. I tried to register on time and your online system failed me and many other students and now we are being penalised and not registered.

If I don't receive any feedback soon I will be taking this matter to UNISA's ombudsman.
