I am sure I am not the only one who is unhappy with UNISA's support service (or lack thereof).
I have been trying to process an application for credits of modules already passed at previous institution but the support from UNISA is non-existant.
I have tried a range of telephone numbers, NONE of which have ever been answered.
I have sent a number of e-mails, NONE of which have been replied to by a human being (only auto-replies).
I have expressed the critical nature of this application as it will prevent my next registration from taking place but nobody at UNISA seem to care.
The only avenue I have not explored is actually going there as I am battling to get the time off work (This is utilize Open Distance Learning in the first place).
I would appreciate it if someone from UNISA will contact me with the genuine desire to HELP.
I hope something comes of this.
