Poor service

I registered my son in Nov 2013 & paid the deposit on the 15/11/13. the consultant advised the material will be delivered within 21 days. about a month later i had sent several emails to enquire on the payment method & received no response. i managed to contact another consultant cos my 1 was no longer responding to me and was advised that the material had not been dispatched and only then did he do a request. he was not able to answer my account enquiry and referred it. within a couple of days the books were received, and upon inventory i noticed that books were out of stock and some had been marked as received, which i had not. i immediately sent an email to dccsupport and have not received any response since then. my son needs to start module 1 and is sitting with a question booklet only. since then he has received about 4 calls stating that i am in arrears and need to pay. how were the books delivered if you didnt receive my deposit? we have received no guidance or support since then as he is a first time student. i have also applied to study with this institute but now its making me think twice. i have also emailed the customer care, but nobody responds. i am frustrated
