I ordered my Academic Transcripts on 2012-09-29 & again on 2012-10-02 from QVS to be send to a University in the USA. I contacted them again on 2012-11-12 and emailed with Carol Jacobs which didn't have any clear answers or explanations as to where my transcripts are or whether it has been mailed to the University of Miami.
I am very unhappy with the service as I made all the payments upfront on the day of ordering these transcripts yet zero of my transcripts was delivered and now I sit with a huge problem of missing my application deadline!
I hope this matter could be resolved or dealt with by HELLO PETER.
