We have likewise been caught by false promises of payment. Our company was established in 1991 and has an untarnished record for paying our trainers in full, on time. We supplied a trainer to New Era for 2 days on 29th August - we then received similar excuses to the previous report. I have an sms from Francois sent on 30th August, promising payment "this morning" - still waiting. Over the years, we have built up a massive database of contract trainers and training service providers. In addition to this report, I am going to caution everyone on this database from doing any business with New Era, or the same Francois Musekwa in any other organisation, unless full payment is received in advance. People like Francois Musekwa don't usually survive in a business very long, but they do tend to reappear later under another company name. The injustice to the training industry is that such people typically have no skills or value to add, they are mere parasites that somehow convince unsuspecting customers that they can deliver good value training solutions, even though, in reality, they have little or no resources.
