My company has been struggling since the new credit act. Due to financial restraints, the big firms of the industry wasn't willing to assist us with our network infrastructure & support. One thing these big firms didn't know is that our small business will grow into a national success over the next 4 years.
Since the 1st day I met with the Founding Member, Francois Jordaan I knew this was the company to trust. There package, "The Credit Act", worked as a pay as you go. No contracts, no retainers, just pay what you can afford and they will look after you and did they. Not worrying about profits, SMBs supported us. I will never forget Francois's words. "Kevin, you run your business, let us worry about your IT requirements." I all honesty, I've never had a problem. Ill even go so far to say that since SMBs took over our support and maintenance, everything has just been working. More than I can say for the big firms that tends to be money hungry and not worrying about what the client's needs are.
Francois's business vision and temperament four years ago has led to the choice to keep them as out national support company. Looking forward to many more years with SMBs.
