Application approved_Unable to Graduate

Dear Sir/Madam

I completed all my subjects towards my BTech: Construction Management (July 2013) and the application has been approved, and yet still I am awaiting an approval from the registration department.

I need an urgent response with regards to the matter, since the last graduation in Cape Town is on the 11th of October 2013. I completed my last subject in July which makes me subject to graduate in 2013.
