This has been going on for two months whereby I phoned TELETOP and asked that my name and bank details be removed from their documents regarding the fact that I don't have an agreement with this company. Instead I am notified that my details have been removed and my money will be refunded but nothing to this date. They keep debiting R99.90
I asked for for a letter confirming that information has been removed nothing to this day too.
Please guys get the correct information and treat people correctly
