I have a bursary through Damlin, through my work. they were paid up front for my 2 year diploma. i wrote exams with them in November 2012 and in June 2013. i am awaiting for my june 2013 exam results, did not receive it. i then had to track down why not... through numerous telephone calls to damlin. dealing with Incompetent call centre agents, i eventually get told that i have not received my results because my account is in arrears. i ask for them to send me an invoice so that i can pay it. it is now week 3 of still waiting for a lousy invoice. i eventually paid this morning (because i received an sms giving me bank details). but i still need the invoice to submit to my company. i am still waiting. this is the story in short. but all i can say is that the service damlin offers is absolutely terrible and would never recommend anyone to ever study through them.
