Received bursary I requested Damelin for invoice us with total course fees. The Full amount of R15K was paid in their account .1stYear major delays with obtain results waiting period 4 months Nov 2012 they forgot to send us notification on when to register for the exams after sending long email about their bad service they squeezed us in. Mar2013 requested my results only to find out there is now outstanding balance, Queried with Geraldine then got told i wrote more Subjects I ask her don't they keep proof of their register even provided her date when I wrote, said will investigate. Few days later they require proof of the previous exam papers, which they make you fill out a form and pay upfront before they send you copies i was stunned my account was send again for investigation. Then she email back saying Fee of R55 outstanding my account has been sorted if i pay it then ill get my results so i paid R55 tired of waiting 4 months got my results and then another statement of outstanding R130.Thereafter send same emails to Semukeliso he or she advise that we must reconcile our payments & come to their offices. I have writing that my account is sorted now they want more money.
