I have had a very bad experience dealing with Damelin. I had paid them the full amount of my course on my registration in 2011 and registered for a Professional Secretarial Diploma. I finished my exams this year, June 2013.
Since August I have been struggling to get a corrected statement of result from them. I have 2 different results for one course which I only wrote exams for in November 2012. I explain to them that my company needed a complete Statement of results by end of October for salary reviews. still today I have not received anything from Damelin. Every time you call, you get put through to a call centre that is not able help with the query, or a consultant who still have to wait for a response from someone else and nothing happens. if you do not call you do not get a follow-up call from Damelin. I still don't have my results, I have forfeited a chance for a salary review based on the results, I also have to pay my company back for my studies with Damelin. this is really bad service for such a well known institution.
