I have been requesting a official statement of credits by Unisa constantly for the past few weeks. My first email and fax was on the 23/07/2013. I received an email saying I would get my record via fax. Which still has not come through. I need my record to apply for my learnership and it seems that UNISA is just non-respondent with regards to their students. I would really appreciate it if someone could personally contact me via their email and not that [email protected] email. I am falling behind with my learnership due to this inconvenience.
