Appeal for remark request sent to Servaas De Kock 22/07/2013. I have sent e-mails to Servaas De Kock for feedback and received no response. I have contacted him verifying whether he has received e-mails and he confirmed he has and he is working on it. I contacted him again and was told they would get back to me by end of the day or the next day. No response received thereafter. I contacted 021 673 9100 and was told that they do not think Servaas De Kock is in. When I askled them to find out if he will be in later, the phone was put down on my ear. I contacted them again and was told that he is working in Jhb for the day. I contacted 011 718 4000 and the lady who answered didnt know what I was talking about and asked if she could verify this. She then came back on the lien saying they are not sure what time Servaas will be in.
