FAILURE TO RESPOND TO QUERIES

Please advise on what I ought to do now because registration has closed and you guys wasted my time by taking 4 weeks to respond on the outcome of the Academic Committee.

I couldn't register for the supplementary in case my request was declined, neither could I re-register for the repeat in case my supplementary was approved. Either way, a desirable course of action was out of my hands as it was directly dependent on me getting a response on time.
I spoke to Vinolia on the phone on the 8th of July and explained that 1 working day (24 hours) was not sufficient enough for one to receive their results, register for supplementary, and make payment all at once. The supplementary was exam was on the 8th of July. Milpark released the results on the 4th of July close of business, leaving the 5th of July to make registration. I spent most of the day on the 4th of July logging on to the Milpark website to try and get my results.

Both Nazmira and Vinolia repeatedly ignored my emails when I tried following up. Only when I escalated the issue did they respond to me with the response declining my request. Had I received it on time, I would have registered before the closing date.
