I enrolled for Dreamweaver CS6 Basic and Advanced course, the study material arrived via courier, excited when I eventually got to the advanced stage, I realised the CD and study matertial does not tie up. I phoned and they sent me again the wrong CD. (not checking), I rang them up again and again the wrong CD was copied, the same. (on all the CD's sent to me, it was a cheap CD with nothing even written or printed on it) it just arrives in the mail in a paper sleeve... When I complained again I was transfered to another person called Peter who were supposed to e-mail me the correct/missing files immediately, I phoned 3 days later to find out what's happening and he was just about to e-mail the files... it's already the next day, how long does it take to e-mail the files?
This company is high on rhetoric but low on delivery. It really stinks after I've paid for everything R6500 but no after service... the time waisted is astounding!
