Totally and Utterly disgusted and dissapointed

Last year in Aug i applied for a Degree and was asked to pay R100.00 whihc i did and i was given a student Number and then from then onwards its like everything went downj=hill as i have never registered with them and needed someone to assist me in taking me through the steps as to what to do next and etc, but the all i was told was that i should log oto their website which i find very unrelenting as the website in not userfriendly at all, and i prefre either talking over the phone or via email and i kept sending numerous email to UNISA for me t get assistance with my registration which i never got all i get is an automated email, and i am piseed to say the least as i would have like to start styuding as soon as possible and thanx to the incompetence of the Regitra Staff at Unisa or are ordinary citizens not good enough to study at your institutions as we do not an inch of remorse and assistance in registering i just find that very unappealing for such a big Institution of such a stature, and then people wonder why our education system is in tatters that because no one is willing to go the extra mile and assist us, im not asking for charity i just need assistance to register!
