Unisa
No ahelp and strike leading to no registration

No success to contact UNISA via telephone and email for the past few weeks. I was able to get in contact with the college of Law and also the college of Education on the 18th of July 2013 and was told by numerous personnel that I would have to request my change of qualification in person at the Sunnyside Campus as I live in Centurion, as this option is not available online. I was told that I would not need to re-apply for admission in order to change my qualification, but would simply need to proceed to the registrations department and lodge a request to de-register from the LLB qualification, and thereafter submit the DSAR05 form with my request to enter into the Bachelor of Education Qualification, and pay the registrations fee upon submission of my chosen First Level Education modules. I had taken a half day off of work on the morning of the 19th of July 2013 (Today) which is the final date for registrations. However, I had waited at the Sunnyside Campus from 07:45, until 12:20, and I was not permitted entrance to the building. I enquired with the head of Registrations and was told that there was nothing they could do. So now what can I do as the strike made me miss the closing date?
