I am a part-time UNISA student studying BCompt and doing my articles at the same time. My articles finish at the end of the year and in order to avoid a penalty, I am attempting to register 6 subjects. myUnisa displays a message that one subject has been cancelled by admin and the other I am not allowed to take as it exceeds the NQF credits for the semester. Last semester I had 9 subjects. Why did I not receive the same message then? I attempted contacting the registrations department through numerous e-mails and sms's, as there is no call centre anymore and I am on audit at the moment. We leave at 6am and return after 5pm, so it is not possible for me to go into a branch. I only received confirmation that the e-mails and sms's were received and nothing further. Registrations close today and still there has been no reaction to my requests.
