Failed To Cancel My Account When I Asked

I had applied and payed R4850 for a year @ Intec to study, I then had other plans that led me to stop doing Intec, I emailed the consultant that I was no longer going to be carrying on and that he should delete me or de activate my account, this was early February, I still got no response, so figured he'd just get to it, I wasn't informed that I should do it through another department. And my email was sent due to no returned email. A couple months later I got a person calling saying I have an outstanding amount. But when I explained to them they'd tell me they would sort it out. And now till today they haven't cancelled my account, and now they want me to pay for tests I didn't even attend. It is highly unacceptable. Intec need to wake up with these kinds of things. Money doesn't grow on trees
