I have asked Intec College to Cancel my course due to me getting retrenched at work, here is my letter to them... BUT SEE THE FEEDBACK!!!
Thank you for your recent communication to the College.
Please be informed that I understand the situation that you are currently in, however your reasons provided is not sufficient to warrant a cancellation. I have had a look at your account and noticed that you have not made a payment on the course since you have been transferred, please confirm why this is?
MY RESPONSE: Thanks for getting back to me. What more REASONS do you need for me to tell you I DON'T HAVE MONEY!!!
I Have lost my house, soon it will be my car. I have a CHILD in my care, whom I need to take care of. I have not made payments because I can not afford it. Just like most south Africans going through the same thing. My son has been hospitalized TWICE in the past 3 months for operations.
I am now working as a waitress just to put food on my table.
Really, Why be so inconsiderate? You can check my credit record and see how BADLY im behind with all my debts.
What more must I do to convince you to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CANCEL my course!!!
