I cannot BELIEVE the service I have received from this college!! I applied and paid the deposit on the 25th of March 2013. The application was only PROCESSED on the 4th of April, they then said within 21 working days i would receive my books, but that came and went. 4th of June i still have not received my books and their excuse is "they are having problems with their supplier and are waiting for one book, the one book that, if i don't have, i cannot study.! What could possibly take so long?! In the meantime they are deducting the monthly subscription from my account!!! So today i make another phone call to see if "this book has arrived" and to my utter satisfaction get told the same story i had been fed over the last 3 months. I ask the consultant who the supplier is and she tells me she cannot give me that info. UMM WHY??
DO NOT GO THROUGH INTEC!!! There is no complaints line, only an email and you cannot speak to anyone other than the consultants who give you the same story everytime.
HEAVILY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I hope and pray someone other than a flipping consultant sees this and catches a wake up!!
I will not refer this college to anyone
