UNISA let their students down yet again

I'm furious to say that after faxing through all the paper work, long before the closing date, I am still sitting awaiting feedback on whether or not I have been accepted to do the extra modules I need to complete my BEd degree. I decided go into the Durban UNISA offices to inquire about this lack of important communication only to wait in ques for hours to finally be told that they could not help me and I need to simply wait to hear back from the department that handles the (DSAR 06) forms. I would love to know now that registration is closed how I am supposed to know what to do to rectify this unacceptable situation. I have tried emailing and smsing and calling and sadly the only response i have ever got is an 'out of office' automated reply. I'm beginning to feel as if I have been left in the dark to fend for myself which is not fair.
