Incompetent Student advisor at MGI

Mr Thabo (ishmail) has been contacted several times, telephonically & via email regarding student help at MGI. I expect a student advisor to be helpful and care to respond to queries. The time table at MGI is a mess; with students not knowing when or where to write tests. I would appreciate a response from the principal of MGI.
