This is the second time i am logging a complaint about Damelin because it seems that I only get a response when this is done. I have been trying to sort out my refund since 2010 and every time they call and say "we busy we will get back to you". The only time they actually get back to me is when i have to go out of my way to contact them. I will not be naming and shaming people but i would really appreciate a response. I have read other peoples complaints regarding refunds and it was sorted out within the space of a few days. This is becoming really frustrating.
