It is with disgust yet again that I complain regarding Unisa's Student Counselling department. I am trying desperately to register for the 2nd semester which has to be done by this week Friday and unfortuantely I cannot reach anyone via telephone to request help in choosing modules. I have tried the Cape Town branch who have given me three number options but all go straight to a voicemail stating that there is a backlog.
I would like someone in the department to call me today so that i can carry on with my education. I find it shocking that a correspondence/long distance school has decided to do away with a call centre to aid the students. Kindly contact me.
