Processes not working

I have forgotten my MyUnisa pasword as well as my MyLife, when I go onto the server to request them to send me my pasword they give the option off either sending your password to your MyLife account or cell number since i also forgot my Mylife account i chose the option where they must send it to my phone, i am still waiting for the sms. They have a few numbers you can call, if you are lucky to get through to one of them wich I did after the 85th atempt they tell you to follow the process on the website, if you tell them you have and it didnt work they tell you to send an e-mail, ive done that as well - no response and then they just telll you there is nothing they can do... really? i cant access my study material or anything i must apperantly just wait. This is totally unacceptable, their processes is not working, the people arent helpfull and their response time to e-mails is pathetic.
