I have noticed that for the last three months, Intec College has been deducting a fee of over R500 off my bank account via a debit order. I am not a student with them?? I have tried to get the payments refunded through various e-mails, but to no avail. I have been told a couple of time to call the service centre, but I feel that I don't want to spend 1c getting my money back and since a couple of people at Intec is already aware of this, someone should have refunded me or at least called me back by now??!! I wish I could call this BAD SERVICE, but what do you call it if you are not even a client of their??
