I HAD REGISTERED AND MADE PAYMENT ON THE 31ST OF JANUARY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK, WHEN I TRY ACCESS THE MYUNISA WEBSITE THERE IS ALWAYS A ISSUE WITH ACCESSING IT AND I GET A MESSAGE SAYING SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, WHEN I DO EVENTUALLY GET INTO THE SITE UNDER EDIT REGISTRATION IT SAYS AWAITING PAYMENT BUT UNDER FINANCIAL DETAILS IT SAYS PAYMENT RECEIVED,
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING CONTACT NUMBERS IF NO ONE EVER ANSWERS, THE SMS SYSTEM IS PATHETIC THE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE IS EXTREMELY DELAYED AND I CANNOT TAKE OFF WORK FOR EVERY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH UNISA. UNISA SHOULD IMPLEMENT THEY CALL CENTER AGAIN, DOING AWAY WITH THAT WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES AND WE AS STUDENTS ARE SUFFERING THE CONSEQUENCES
