Medunsa's Dental faculty used to be one of the top institutions in the country. Now, it has become a sespool of poor management, crippling nepotism and manipulation. Prof Gugushe has allowed for Dr Moipolai to run the Prosthodontics department in particular into the ground, even after she had been fired from other tertiary institutions before for terrible leadership skills, and a general inability to do her job as a prosthodontist. A large amount of senior dental staff have all resigned or moved to other institutions because the leaders failed their staff, or simply drove them out. Medunsa has become an evil place. Under qualified people are getting jobs they do not deserve whilst those that are get shunned and belittled (including myself). The quality of education is laughable at best! The staff has had enough of these people and the students are in revolt, having boycotted lectures until Dr Moipolai was removed, which she wasn't! Other departments as well as other institutions look at Medunsa's dental department with utter disdain for what it has become. And this isn't even the tip of the colossal iceberg! Medunsa veterans, fight for your Alma Mater before it is a complete ruin!
