During September 2012 I registered for a student number to be able to register for a course I want to start in 2013. Up to date I have received no feedback from Unisa. I have mailed them twice in regards to this matter but only received a automated reply stating that they will contact me. On 25 January 2013 registration closes for 2013 which means I will not be able to register in time for the course. I had to pay R100 for registration which will be lost according to the web site if you do not qualify, which I can understand. I don't have a problem with that, but if they take money from you at least one expect service. One can only contact them via e-mail. When I phoned I was told to do correspond electronicaly with them. My reference number I received was 53093542. My reference number on my correspondence with Unisa was 12321NX04107.
