Fees paid but still denied results

My fees have been paid and yet I am still denied access to my results. Spoke to Sindiswa Maisadi from accounts and she couldn't be bothered to apply logic to my problem. Disappointed in how my problem is being delt with by a reputable institute like UNISA.
