I have been trying to access my examination results but cannot because apparently I owe the University an amount of R780. I am not sure what this amount is for because as far as I know my fees are up to date; the message on MyUnisa says it's for a module reinstatement.
I have sent emails to the finance department but have had no response at all. I have also tried calling but there is no response on that side as well. I have spoken to my Course Coordinator, but unfortunately he doesn't know what this is for as well. I really need to get my results the soonest and would appreciate it if UNISA can at least tell me what this amount is for and provide me with a reference number so I can pay if need be.
