I called the institution more than 10 requesting the Nov 2013 exam time table that up to date I haven't received. 1 of the consultants ref me to check the Internet meanwhile for my date and it said I was writing on the 4/11/2013. I took a leave from work to go and write only to find the venue in Boksburg locked, i then notified the school only to be notified that my exams was the next day 5/11/13. I took an unauthorized leave to go and write the exams only to find the same venue locked again. I called once more and they told me I was writing in Germiston as they were not using Boksburg anymore. Mind you for exams we receive an exam entry to fill and choose which subject we intend to write and the venue suitable and Boksburg is there and it's the venue I chose and paid for but they failed to pick this up in time and let me know. I couldn't write since it was their problem special exam was prepared for me to write on the 15/11/13 at 9am. I had told them that it would have to be after 13pm as the company wouldn't approve any leave for me and they told me that's not their problem. I then wrote them a formal complaint letter on the 11 Nov & up to date its quite. I am disappointed
