i enrolled for one of their courses in HR & Payroll 2011. I was due to write my exam in May 18 but unfortunately i called in to let one of their consultants know that i would'nt be able to write the exam because my Unisa Exam was scheduled on the same day, He agrred and said it was ok so i then schedule for another exam date but when i returned my bookin in form i was told i had to repeat two more modueles in Tax and HR which was strange to me because that was never discussed with me initially.
i now to pay R3000 to re-do them where as my entire cost to do the course was R4000 and a couple of rands. I was to or rather not told the correct info and each and every consultanat has something different to say please clarify this for me.
