I would like to find out if I will be able to get a new date or if my exam can be moved to Nov. The reason why I am asking is that I had forgotten my confirmation letter at work on the Friday, but I had to write my import management exam on the 3 June 2013. The thing is I did not take note that they had changed the venue in Boksburg for Intec college exam writers. I went to the Damelin college in Boksburg where I wrote the last time and like I said I did not have my letter with me, at 13:45pm I went to the reception area as I noticed that nothing was happening, they then told me that the venue is St Dominics church and they could not give me any directions to the church. I tried looking for the church and at 14:25pm I still had not found the church. Eventually I had given up and went home as I also didnt have my confirmation letter where you guys would have not allowed me to write either way. Could you please let me know if we can reschedule a date even if it is in Nov it will really be appreciated.

I find it ridiculous that you have to pay money again to write the exam after sending a motivational email. I refuse
