Unable to contact billing department

Out of the blue I received an SMS today informing me that (1) I owe UNISA money, and (2) the matter is being handed over to Debt Collectors. I had no idea that I owed money, as I had paid for all my studies and then left them before exam time. This was almost 2 years ago.

I then tried to contact them, but there is no email address or phone number for a Billing department anywhere on their website. The local departments weren't able to help me either. I have left a email message on unisa own website but I doubt that I will ever receive feedback on this matter.

This is ridiculous. I'm not going to accept Debt Collector fees if (1) I wasn't told that I owed money, ever, and (2) I can't get hold of them to sort this out directly.

Let this complaint serve as proof that I have tried to get hold of UNISA, and failed. If they want their money they can call me, otherwise they can kindly forget it.
